Built Environment Staff

 Diana Dyste, Cultural Resources Manager at Sapphos Environmental, Inc., brings 27 years of expertise to cultural resources management. She directs complex archaeological surveys, historical evaluations, and mitigation strategies while authoring and overseeing essential compliance reports for federal, state, local, and tribal regulatory agencies. 

 With over 17 years of experience, Dr. Joshua Poorman is a highly qualified historian and architectural historian specializing in the American built environment. He provides expert historic research, field surveying, and CEQA/Section 106 compliance documentation for major infrastructure projects and municipalities throughout the greater Los Angeles area. 

 Morgan Thomas is a federally qualified historian and Ph.D. candidate with 15 years of research experience. At Sapphos Environmental, Inc., she specializes in cultural resources compliance (NHPA, NEPA, CEQA), conducting extensive field surveys, and authoring complex technical reports for various federal, state, and local agencies. 

 With over 25 years exceeding NPS standards, architectural historian Barbara Lamprecht specializes in archival research, historic resource evaluations, and CEQA/NEPA compliance. Her extensive portfolio includes documenting Sierra Madre resources, conducting field surveys, and providing technical compliance for the California High-Speed Rail Authority along with numerous of written publications.
