Sapphos Environmental, Inc. is seeking a part-time Architectural Historian Intern who meets the Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualifications Standards for History and Architectural History or is currently working towards finishing their degree which qualifies them as such. This position encompasses technical responsibilities such as archival research, compiling historic context statements, and site surveys. The minimum professional qualifications are a graduate degree, or someone currently enrolled in a graduate degree program in architectural history, art history, historic preservation, or closely related field, with coursework in American architectural history, or a bachelor's degree in architectural history, art history, historic preservation or closely related field.
